PRIVACY POLICY
Rozy Blue Inc. is committed to maintaining your privacy. All internet transactions/payments are directed to PAYPAL and they are directly responsible for credit card / bank account authorization / processing. We dont save your credit card / bank account information.
We only share information that is absolutely necessary to process your order with third parties involved in the processing and shipping of your order. We do not sell, rent or trade any customer information. We do not release your personal data to anyone else. To further enhance our security measures, no customer information is kept on our website.
RETURN / CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY
Return Requests must be made within 5 Days of receipt of item. Items must be in Original Package and in an unused state. You must email us first to obtain a return authorization number. The Items must arrive in the same new condition it was originally shipped in, as well as with all original packing materials and accessories.
All returns or cancellations are subject to a 20% restocking fees in addition to the loss of the original shipping fees and insurance where applicable. We are unable to accept items that have been damaged in any manner or show signs of wear. All costs incurred to return goods to us must be paid for by the customer.
REPLACEMENTS AND DAMAGES
Please be aware that at the time of receiving your shipment, you or any person signing for you must check for damages or missing items. Check your shipment for anything suspicious, such as rounded corners, dents or gouges.
In cases where there is no obvious damages on the outside of the packaging, if you accept the shipment and sign for no damages or shortages, later discovering that there indeed are damages or shortages hidden from view, you must contact the delivering company within 48 hours of delivery to report it. Rozy Blue Inc. will not file any claims on your behalf.
RESELLER POLICY
Our Resellers are responsible for collecting payments from their own customers. Resellers are, in turn, responsible for payment directly to us for the full amount of their bill.

WARRANTY POLICY
There is 1 year "Repair Only" warranty on any item sold by Rozy Blue Inc. Any item needing repair would be sent to the respective manufacturer.
